Basic Learning Systems was founded in 1980 by Gloria Pincu, M.A. in response to a growing demand from diverse businesses for programs to motivate, inform and train their employees.
A large majority of the e-workbooks, printed workbooks, training kits and training programs were developed by Gloria. She has almost 30 years of training experience. Her educational background includes a B.A. in English and an M.A. in education.
