DISC is a model of human behavior that helps people understand “why they do what they do.” The
dimensions of Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance make up the model and interact with
other factors to describe human behavior. 4- Hours
DISC Training for Managers and CoachesThrough our training programs, individual participants will learn how to identify their own DISC behavior
style and recognize strengths, communication style, motivators, and preferences, leading to greater
effectiveness in working and personal relationships.. Coaches/managers will learn to analyze DISC
behaviors to recognize coachee/employee behavioral strengths and areas that need improvement to be
more effective in their job and when working in teams. 8 hours
DISC CertificationDISC Certification Program provides participants with the skills and knowledge to work with others to use
the instrument to score, analyze, interpret and coach the DISC personality assessment. Upon successful
completion of the DISC Certification Training, you will be certified to implement the DISC assessment
instruments in a variety of Human Resource and Training initiatives within your organization, such as train-the-trainer. 16 hours.
