Training for Trainers WorkshopThe Training For Trainers Workbook was developed for those who need to learn how to design and conduct training in a variety of business and organizational environments. This program has been very successful for over 20 years both nationally and internationally.
Often Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), supervisors, leads, or technical experts are asked to teach others. The Training for Trainers program introduces the basic concepts in how to design and conduct training either in a classroom or on the job. The same adult learning principles apply no matter what teaching method you use — computer-based, hands-on, classroom, or video. The participants are not expected to have had any previous training experience.
The tools in this program are based on adult learning theory and the latest in brain research. It is a hands-on, performance-based program, with opportunities to develop and deliver a course through a series of labs and exercises. The program content is presented in 14 modules that can be customized to best fit the needs of the participants. Each module builds on the previous one.
