Course DescriptionThis highly interactive workshop will focus on the "how-to's" of applying goal-setting skills to developing organizational, departmental, and personal goals. Although organizational goal setting is emphasized, we will discuss personal goals and action plans for balancing a career, family life, and personal development.

- Analyze and package one’s unique set of skills and interests
- Develop skills in balancing career, family life, and personal development
- Identify roles in personal and professional support networks that need to be filled or enhanced
- Distinguish between goals and activities
- Develop a personal action plan to help set and achieve attainable goals
