Course DescriptionThis highly interactive, achieving goals training will focus on the "how-to's" of applying goal-setting skills to developing organizational, departmental, and personal goals. Although organizational goal setting is emphasized, we will discuss personal goals and action plans for balancing a career, family life, and personal development.
