    Course Information

This soft skills kit was designed by a highly experienced presentation skills trainer who has used these materials to successfully train thousands of professionals in corporations such as Perry Ellis, American Express, DHL, and Florida Power and Light.

The leader’s guide offers a word-for-word script that will carry you through the full-day workshop. You will also receive a program schedule and detailed list of everything needed before the day of the training and the actual day of the training. Nothing is left out!

The course covers all of the basic skills needed to deliver an effective and engaging presentation. It may be faciliated in one full-day or two half-day sessions. The morning portion covers all of the skills. The afternoon portion provides time for participants to write a 3-minute speech, rehearse with a partner, deliver the speech, and receive feedback from the participants and facilitator. Digital recording of the speech delivery and feedback is recommended.
