Course OverviewIn spite of the fact that we spend a majority of our waking hours communicating with others, most of us are not particularly good at it. Listening comprises 40% of our communication time, with executives spending as much as 80% of their day listening. Workshop participants will gain a better understanding of the various components of active listening, barriers to effective listening and be bettered prepared to face others when dealing with a difficult or sensitive matter.
